Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. The shipment cost will then be calculated based on your order size and destination.
Standard Lettermail Shipping - Canada Post
- Provincial: 4-6 business days
- National: 5-7 business days
NOTE: These delivery standards are not guaranteed
No tracking information is provided with standard shipping. If you do not receive your item please contact us at shipping@theflorapage.ca with your order details.
Expedited Parcel - Canada Post
- Provincial: 3-5 business days
- National: 4-6 business days
XpressPost - Canada Post
- Provincial: 2-4 business days
- National: 4 business days
Priority Shipping - Canada Post
- Provincial: 2 business days
- National: 3-4 business days
Order Processing Time
All standard orders are processed within 2 business days. Expedited, XpressPost, and Priority orders placed before 1pm EST Monday-Friday are shipped same-day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that no tracking information is provided if you select Standard Shipping.
Tracking information is provided for Expedited, XpressPost, and Priority shipments.
